Is WhatsApp automation included in the free plan?
No. The free plan covers unlimited basic Auto-DMs on Instagram and Messenger. AI agents, workflows and WhatsApp start on the Starter plan.
Do I need a new phone number?
You need a number that is not registered on the regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. Businesses usually dedicate a landline or a new SIM to the API connection.
What do WhatsApp conversations cost?
Meta fees are separate from your Raqi subscription. They depend on message category, recipient market and current Meta rates. Check your WhatsApp Business account for billing details.
Is connecting through QR-code tools safer or cheaper?
Raqi uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Use supported connection methods and follow messaging policies. A QR code or connection screen alone does not establish whether a tool is safe.
