Comment to DM, free
Reply to comments that use your keyword and send each commenter a DM. Basic Auto-DMs are unlimited on the free plan.
Story replies and DMs
Auto-DMs also answer replies to your stories and new DMs that match your keywords.
Follow or email first
From Starter, ask commenters to follow you or share an email or phone number before the DM, and nudge them once in the comments if they go quiet.
Saved replies
Insert a saved reply by typing its shortcut, such as /welcome, in any conversation.
AI agent and your team
From Starter, an AI agent answers DMs in your customer's dialect. When a person should reply, the chat moves to Action required.
Comment to DM
Every comment can start a conversation
When someone comments your keyword, Raqi replies under the comment and sends them a private message within Instagram's messaging rules.
- One post, any post or your next post
