Steps before the DM
From Starter, on Instagram post comments: ask people to follow, or collect an email or phone number before the link arrives. If they go quiet, Raqi can nudge once in the comments after 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 or 12 hours.

Reached and link clicks
Each automation shows how many people it reached and how many tapped the link. When many people get the DM and few tap, change the message before you change the post.
Official Meta API
Connect through Meta login and revoke access whenever you like. One person gets at most 2 DMs from the same automation on the same post in 24 hours, and Meta's policies and messaging limits still apply.

Is comment-to-DM really free?
Yes. Basic Auto-DMs on Instagram and Messenger are free with no monthly message cap and no credit card. Paid plans add AI agents that answer follow-up questions, workflows, the steps before the DM, and WhatsApp or Telegram automation.
Will this get my account banned?
Raqi uses official Meta APIs and the permissions you grant. You must still follow content and messaging policies and platform limits. An official connection does not guarantee that an account will avoid restrictions or suspension.
Does it work on Reels and older posts?
Yes. It works on the posts and Reels you choose: one post, any post, or the next one you publish.
Can I ask people to follow before they get the link?
Yes, from the Starter plan, on Instagram post comments. The DM asks them to follow and checks the follow after they tap the button. You can also ask for an email or a phone number. Messenger and other triggers skip these steps.
