Do Auto-DMs use my monthly conversations?
No. Sending an Auto-DM does not count. A conversation counts once the person writes back to you.
Can I collect an email before sending the link?
Yes, on Instagram post comments from the Starter plan. Raqi asks for the email first and sends your link once the person gives a valid one. Messenger and other triggers send the DM without these steps.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
The feature that reached its limit pauses. Raqi does not bill overage, and nothing is deleted. You can upgrade or wait for the next monthly cycle.
