How is commission calculated?
Commission is calculated on the net amount Raqi keeps from each customer you referred, after taxes, payment fees and service costs. You get 30% of it, or the rate in your partner agreement. If nothing is left in a month, the commission for that month is zero, never negative.
How do I get 40% or 50%?
30% is the standard rate. We raise partners who bring steady paying customers and follow the program rules to 40% or 50%. It is our decision and there is no automatic threshold. A new rate always comes with an updated agreement for you to sign.
When do I get paid?
Commission for a month is held for 30 days after that month ends, in case of refunds. Then it is ready, and we pay it on the next 5th of the month once your ready balance is at least $50 ($100 for bank transfers).
Can I get paid in Iraq?
Yes. You can choose Qi Card, SuperQi, ZainCash or FIB, a bank transfer, or Payoneer. Wallet payouts are sent by hand, so they can take a few extra days.
Can I use my own link for my own account?
No. Signups from your own account, email or organization do not count.
Does the 5% discount apply to credit packs?
No. The discount applies to the first payment of a new subscription only. Credit packs that your customers buy still count toward your commission.
What happens if a customer gets a refund?
Commission from a refunded or disputed payment is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, the amount is taken from your next payout.
Who can join?
Anyone with a Raqi account and an audience: creators, teachers, agencies and communities. You need at least one public account where you post.
