Credits and Pay As You Go
How Ads Studio credits work on Free and on the paid plans, and how long your results are kept.
Every image or video you generate in the Ads Studio uses credits. The balance belongs to your organization and is shared by all its workspaces. The Studio shows how many credits you have left and what the next generation costs before you generate.
Free: Pay As You Go
The Ads Studio works on the Free plan with no subscription. You buy a credit pack when you need one:
- Packs come in 100, 250, 500, 750, 1,000 and 2,500 credits.
- On Free they cost $8, $20, $40, $60, $80 and $200, in that order.
- Purchased credits never expire.
- Pack prices are shown before tax. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
- On Free, your account needs a verified email address before it can buy credits.
Buying Credits
Click the credits button in the Ads Studio header (Buy more Ads Studio credits), or Top up under Ads Studio credits in Settings > Organization > Billing & usage. If you generate without enough credits, the buy dialog opens on its own. Pick a pack and pay on the secure checkout page; the credits arrive right after payment.
Important: Only the organization owner or an organization admin can buy credits.
Paid Plans: Monthly Credits
Paid plans include 50 to 2,000 Ads Studio credits every month, depending on the plan. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, while purchased credits stay until you use them.
Tip: There is no overage billing. When your credits run out, generating stops until your monthly credits reset or you buy a pack.
- Every paid plan, from Starter up, pays the same subscriber price for a pack: $7, $18, $35, $52, $70 and $175, in that order.
- That is 10 to 13% less than on Free for every pack size.
- The buy dialog shows the price per credit on your plan before you pay.
How Long Results Are Kept
Your Studio history depends on your plan:
- Free: the latest 10 results, images and videos combined. When a new result is ready, the oldest ones past that number are removed, files included, so download the results you want to keep.
- Paid plans: the latest 500 images and 50 videos in each workspace.
- Files you upload yourself never count toward the history and are never removed.
- A result used by a scheduled post is kept until the post is published.
Reference Library on Free
On Free, the reference library keeps up to 30 images, pinned ones included. Pinned images are never removed, and unpinned ones make room for new ones. To upload reference images on Free, verify your email or buy a credit pack first.
