What each plan includes, how upgrades work, and what happens at a limit.

Raqi has a Free plan and four paid plans. The plan belongs to your organization and covers all its workspaces.

What Free Includes

Free has no time limit:

Unlimited basic Auto-DMs on Instagram and Messenger
Up to 2 channels (Instagram, Messenger or Telegram) and the shared inbox
The Content Hub scheduler
The Ads Studio, pay as you go with credit packs. Your Free history keeps the latest 10 results.

Good to Know

How billing works:

No free trial: paid features unlock when you subscribe.
No overage billing: when a monthly limit is reached, that feature pauses until the next month or an upgrade. Extra Ads Studio credits come only from prepaid packs.
Upgrades start right away and charge the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
Over a lower plan's limits: extra channels and agents are paused, never deleted, and come back when you upgrade.

Changing Your Plan

Open Settings > Organization > Billing & usage and click Upgrade or Change plan. A confirmation shows the exact amount before anything is charged. Only the organization owner or an organization admin can change billing.
