From a Product Link to an Ad and a Post

Import a product page into the Ads Studio, or turn it into a ready post in the Content Hub.

Paste a product page from Shopify, Salla, Zid, WooCommerce or your own site, and Raqi reads its name, price, currency, description and photos. Use it in two places: the Ads Studio, to make ads with the real product, and the Content Hub, to post it.

Important: Importing a page spends no credits, and Raqi can only read public pages.

In the Ads Studio: From a Product Link

Bring the product's photos and details into the Studio:

Tip: On Free, the reference library keeps up to 30 images, so pick the photos you need most. Saving photos on Free needs a verified email or a purchased credit pack.

    • 1. In the Ads Studio, open the Reference library from the header.
    • 2. Under From a product link, paste the full page address (starting with https://) and click Import.
    • 3. Raqi shows the product with up to 8 photos, all selected. Untick the ones you don't need.
    • 4. Click Add photos as references to save them to your library and add them to the composer.
    • 5. Use product details gives the product's name, price and details to the Prompt builder, which writes your next prompt for that product. The prompt builder is part of the paid plans, from Starter.

    If the Import Fails

    What the messages mean:

    • "That doesn't look like a product link": paste the full page address, starting with https://.
    • "We couldn't read a product from that page": Raqi found no product details on the page. Open the product's own page (not a collection or the home page), copy its address and try again.
    • "This page has no product photos we can use": you can still use the product details.

In the Content Hub: Post This Product

Open Content Hub > Content ideas and click Post this product. Fill in the three steps, then schedule:

Important: Drafting captions with AI is a paid Ads Studio feature, from the Starter plan. On Free you can write the captions yourself and still schedule the post.

    • 1. Product link: paste the page and click Import.
    • 2. Post photo: choose one of the Product photos or one of your Ads Studio results. A product photo is saved to your reference library, so Raqi can host it for the post.
    • 3. Caption: write it in Arabic and English, or click Draft captions to have AI draft both from the product. Then choose Post with: Arabic, English or Both.
    • 4. Click Schedule. The publish dialog opens with the photo and caption filled in, ready for you to choose where and when it goes out.

    Optional: A Keyword Auto-DM

Under Optional: add a keyword auto-DM, type the word people should comment, for example "price", and click Set up auto-DM. Instagram automations open with your keyword and the product link filled in. Nothing is created until you save it there, and basic Instagram Auto-DMs are free.
