Analytics Overview
What each Analytics tab reports.
Analytics shows how your workspace is doing over the period you pick. It has these tabs: Overview, Messages, Calls (coming soon), Users, Workflows, Apps and Content.
Overview
The Overview tab tracks:
- Messages and new contacts
- Open conversations and AI assignments
- New conversations by channel
- Conversation stages and conversation tags
- First reply time
The Other Tabs
Each tab focuses on one area:
- Messages: sent and received messages over the period and by channel.
- Users: each team member's assigned and closed conversations, contacts and messages.
- Workflows: runs, successful and failed, and the success rate.
- Apps: each automation's completed and failed events, and broadcast delivery.
- Content: your synced Instagram and Facebook posts with likes, comments, shares and saves. Reach and engagement rate need a paid plan.
