Connect your Shopify store for product and order data.
Connect Shopify to let your AI agents access product information, look up orders, and help customers with their purchases.
Setup
To connect Shopify:
- 1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps
- 2. Create a new custom app with these scopes:
read_products,read_orders,read_customers - 3. Install the app and copy the Admin API access token
- 4. In Raqi, navigate to Integrations → Shopify → Connect
- 5. Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g.,
mystore.myshopify.com) and access token

With Shopify connected:
- Look up product details, prices, and availability
