Send products from your Shopify store in workflows.

Connect Shopify so your workflows can send products from your store. The Shopify product step lets you pick an active product from your store (the list shows up to 50) and sends the customer a message with a button that opens the product page in your store.

Setup

To connect Shopify:

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels > Develop apps
2. Create a new custom app with only the read_products scope. Raqi only reads your products.
3. Install the app and copy the Admin API access token
4. In Raqi, open Integrations & API and click Connect on Shopify
5. Enter your Shopify store domain (e.g., mystore.myshopify.com) and the access token

What You Can Do

With Shopify connected, add the Shopify product step to a workflow:

Important: The step sends the product link only, not its image or price. Raqi doesn't look up orders, track shipping, or create orders, and AI agents don't read your Shopify store.

Pick one of your store's active products from the list (it shows up to 50)
Send the customer a message with a View product button that opens the product page in your store
Write your own message and button label, or leave them empty to send the default text in the customer's language
The workflow then goes on to the next step. Raqi can't tell whether the customer ordered.
