Early Access and Reporting a Problem

What early access means for your account, and how to tell the Raqi team when something does not work.

Raqi is open to everyone and is still in early access. New features arrive often, and the team fixes problems quickly when you report them. Early access does not change your plan, your prices or what your account can do.

    The Early Member Badge

Organizations created during early access show an Early member badge in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. The badge is recognition only: it comes with no extra feature, discount or plan.

    What's New

Open Help Center > What's new to see recent changes in Raqi, newest first. A small dot on the Help Center row means there are changes you have not opened yet.

    The Welcome Note

The first time you open the dashboard, a short note explains early access. Report a problem opens the support panel, What's new opens the list of changes and Got it closes the note. Each user sees it once.

    Reporting a Problem

Open Help Center in the sidebar and choose one of these:

Tip: Missing a feature? Use Request a Feature in the same menu.

    • Get Support: write what happened and on which page, then click Send to the team. A person on the Raqi team reads every message and replies to your account email. The support button in the corner of the page opens the same panel.
    • Report a Bug: a form with a subject and a message. Describe the steps that lead to the problem and what you expected, then click Submit. The team replies by email.
