Navigating the Dashboard
Learn the layout, sidebar, and key navigation patterns.
The Raqi dashboard is organized around a left sidebar that gives you quick access to every section of the platform.

Sidebar Sections
The sidebar is divided into logical groups:
- Dashboard — Overview of your workspace activity, quick stats, and recent conversations
- Inbox — Your unified messaging inbox across all channels
- Channels — Connect and manage messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
- AI Agents — Create, configure, and monitor your AI agents
- Contacts — View and manage all your contacts with tags, custom fields, and segments
- Analytics — Conversation metrics, agent performance, and channel reports
- Apps — Instagram/WhatsApp/Messenger automation apps (comment auto-reply, etc.)
- Workflows — Visual workflow builder for complex automations
- Integrations & API — Connect third-party tools and access the Private API
- Ad Suite — Brand Kit, Ad Studio, and Email Marketing (coming soon)
- Settings — Workspace, organization, and personal settings
