Navigating the Dashboard
Learn the layout, sidebar, and key navigation patterns.
The Raqi dashboard is organized around a left sidebar that gives you quick access to every section of the platform. The workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar picks which workspace you are working in.
Sidebar Sections
The sidebar is divided into groups:
- Main: Dashboard (activity and quick stats), Inbox (every conversation from every channel), Contacts, Channels and AI Agents.
- Automations: Apps (ready-made automations per channel), Workflows (the visual builder) and Integrations & API (outside tools and the MCP server).
- Studio: Content Hub (post ideas, scheduling and brand info), Ads Studio (AI images and videos) and Email Marketing, which is coming soon.
- Insights: Analytics.
Settings
Open Settings from the top bar. It has three parts: Personal (your profile, notifications and appearance), Organization (account info, admins, security, workspaces, WhatsApp fees, billing) and Workspace (settings of the workspace you have open).
Help Center
Click Help Center in the sidebar for the documentation, a guided tour, Request a Feature, Report a Bug and Get Support, which sends a message to the Raqi team.
