Account & Workspace Setup
Organizations, workspaces, team members, and roles.
Raqi uses a two-level hierarchy: Organizations contain one or more Workspaces. This allows businesses with multiple brands, regions, or departments to keep their data separate while managing everything under one account.
Organizations
An organization is the top-level entity. It manages billing, team members, and workspace creation. You can access organization settings from Settings → Organization.

Workspaces
Each workspace is an independent environment with its own channels, contacts, AI agents, and integrations. Data does not cross between workspaces.
Tip: Use separate workspaces for different brands or product lines. For example, a company might have "Brand A Support" and "Brand B Sales" as separate workspaces.
Team Members & Roles
Invite team members from Settings → Organization → Team. Each member can be assigned a role:
| Role | Capabilities |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to everything including billing, workspace deletion, and member management |
| Admin | Full access except billing and workspace deletion |
| Agent | Inbox access, can send messages and manage conversations assigned to them |
| Member | Basic access, read-only for most settings |
Inviting Team Members
Go to Settings → Organization → Team and click Invite Member. Enter their email address and select a role. They'll receive an invitation link to join your organization.
