Account & Workspace Setup
Organizations, workspaces, team members, and roles.
Raqi uses a two-level structure: an Organization contains one or more Workspaces. Businesses with several brands, branches or clients keep their data apart while managing everything under one account.
Organization
The organization is your company account. It holds the plan and billing, the AI credit balance, the team seats and the organization admins. These settings live under Settings > Organization.
Workspaces
Each workspace has its own channels, AI agents, contacts, conversations, workflows, integrations and settings. Data does not cross between workspaces. The plan, credits and seats are shared by all workspaces in the organization.
Tip: Create a workspace from the workspace switcher (Create Workspace) or from Settings > Organization > Workspaces. Only the organization owner or an organization admin can create one.
Roles
There are four roles. The Members page shows two of them with simpler names:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | The account that owns the organization. Full access, including billing, adding organization admins and deleting the organization or a workspace. |
| Organization admin | Opens every workspace and changes any setting, including billing and plan changes. Added in Settings > Organization > Admin settings. |
| Admin (Members page) | Full access to that workspace, including its settings. Cannot change billing. |
| Member (Members page) | Works in the inbox and replies to conversations, creates ads and sees analytics. Cannot delete or disconnect channels, bulk-delete or export contacts, or create an MCP URL. |
Inviting Team Members
Go to Settings > Workspace > Members and click Invite member. Enter the email, choose Admin or Member, then Send invitation. The invite shows as Pending until they accept, and it expires after 7 days. Only the organization owner or an organization admin can invite.
Important: Seats are counted across the whole organization: the owner uses one, and every member and pending invite uses one more. A plan with 1 seat cannot invite anyone; see Plans & Billing for the seats on each plan.
