Platform Overview

What Raqi is, key concepts, and how the platform works.

Raqi is an AI-powered customer engagement platform that lets you manage conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Messenger, Email, and Web Chat — all from a single unified inbox. With built-in AI agents, visual workflow automation, and deep integrations with tools like Stripe, Shopify, and Google Sheets, Raqi helps businesses automate sales, support, and marketing at scale.

    Key Concepts

Before diving in, here are the core concepts you'll encounter throughout the platform:

    • Workspace — Your team's shared environment. All contacts, conversations, channels, and settings belong to a workspace.
    • Channels — Messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) connected to your workspace. Each channel has its own authentication and settings.
    • Contacts — People who message your business. Each contact has a profile, conversation history, tags, and custom fields.
    • Conversations — Message threads between your team/AI and a contact. Conversations flow through lifecycle stages (New Lead → Engaged → Customer).
    • AI Agents — Autonomous agents that handle conversations, answer questions, and escalate to humans when needed.
    • Workflows — Visual automation flows triggered by events (new message, comment, tag added) that execute actions automatically.
    • Integrations — Third-party tools (CRM, payments, e-commerce) connected to power your agents and workflows.

    Platform Architecture

Raqi follows a simple hierarchy: Organization → Workspace → Channels/Agents/Contacts. An organization can have multiple workspaces (e.g., one per brand or region), and each workspace is independent with its own data, team members, and settings.
