Quick Start Guide
Connect a channel, turn on your first automation and see messages arrive.
This guide takes you from a new account to your first automated reply. Steps 1 to 3 work on the Free plan.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Sign up and answer the short onboarding questions about your business. Your country sets the default dialect for AI agents later; you can change everything afterwards in Settings.
Step 2: Connect a Channel
Open Channels in the sidebar and click Connect on a card. On Free you can connect up to 2 channels: Instagram, Messenger or Telegram. Instagram signs in with Instagram itself, Messenger with your Facebook Page, and Telegram needs a bot token from BotFather. WhatsApp starts on the Starter plan.
Step 3: Turn On Your First Automation
Open Apps, choose Instagram automations and click New automation. Pick the comment trigger, choose a post, add a keyword such as PRICE, write the DM and click Publish. Everyone who comments that keyword now gets your DM within seconds. Basic Instagram and Messenger Auto-DMs are free and unlimited.
Tip: Test from a different Instagram account. Comments from your own account are skipped.
Step 4: Add an AI Agent (paid plans)
On Starter and above, open AI Agents and click New agent. The builder walks you through personality, goals, knowledge and handoff, then you assign the agent to a channel. Try it in the Test chat panel before it goes live.
Step 5: Watch the Inbox
Send a message or a comment from another account. The conversation appears in your Inbox within seconds, with the automation or agent reply in the thread.

Once the basics work, explore these areas:
