Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with Raqi in 5 minutes.
This guide walks you through the essential first steps to start receiving and responding to messages with Raqi.
Step 1: Create Your Workspace
After signing up, you'll be guided through the onboarding questionnaire. This sets up your workspace with the right industry, timezone, and initial configuration. You can always change these later in Settings.

Step 2: Connect a Channel
Navigate to Channels from the sidebar and click Connect Channel. WhatsApp is the most popular choice — you'll need a Meta Business account and a phone number. For a faster test, try connecting Telegram (just needs a bot token from BotFather).

Step 3: Deploy an AI Agent
Go to AI Agents and click Create Agent. Give it a name, write instructions in natural language (e.g., "You are a sales assistant for a clothing store. Answer product questions, share prices, and encourage purchases."), and assign it to your connected channel.
Tip: Start with a simple instruction set and refine it based on real conversations. You can always update the agent's instructions later.

Step 4: Send a Test Message
Send a message to your connected channel (e.g., message your WhatsApp number or Telegram bot). You should see the conversation appear in your Inbox within seconds, and your AI agent will respond automatically.
