Text, media, voice, and template messages.
Raqi supports multiple message types depending on the channel capabilities.

Sending Media
Click the attachment icon (📎) in the message input to send images, videos, documents, or voice messages. You can also drag and drop files directly into the message area.
Canned Responses (Snippets)
Use the Snippets feature to save frequently used messages. Type / in the message input to see your saved snippets. Manage snippets from Settings → Workspace → Snippets.
Tip: Create snippets for common responses like order status updates, return policies, and greeting messages to speed up your team's response time.
