The inbox has several AI-powered features to help you work faster, even when you're handling conversations manually.
AI Summarize
Click the Summarize button in the conversation header to generate an instant summary of the conversation. This is especially useful for long threads or when handing off to another team member.

Smart Reply Suggestions
When AI is paused and you're responding manually, the AI can suggest responses based on the conversation context. Click a suggestion to insert it, then edit and send.
