Zapier, Make & n8n
Send data to and from automation platforms with webhooks.
Zapier, Make and n8n do not have a card on the Integrations page, but you can still connect them through webhooks. Raqi sends data to a catch-hook URL they give you, and they can start a Raqi workflow by calling its webhook URL.
Sending Data Out of Raqi
Two ways to send data to Zapier, Make or n8n:
- From a workflow: add an HTTP request step, paste the catch-hook URL, choose POST and write a JSON body with the variables you need, such as
{contact.name},{contact.email}and{contact.phone}. - From an AI agent: connect the Custom Webhook integration with the catch-hook URL and give it to the agent with Write permission. The agent then sends an event name and the lead or conversation details it collected.
Sending Data Into Raqi
Create a workflow with the Webhook received trigger and save it to get its URL. Call that URL from Zapier, Make or n8n to start the workflow.
Example: Zapier to Google Sheets
Log new leads in a spreadsheet through Zapier:
Tip: Raqi also connects to Google Sheets directly, without Zapier.
- 1. In Zapier, create a Zap with the trigger "Webhooks by Zapier > Catch Hook" and copy the URL
- 2. In Raqi, create a workflow with the Incoming message trigger and a keyword filter
- 3. Add an HTTP request step (POST to the Zapier URL) with the contact's name, email and phone in the body
- 4. In Zapier, add the action "Google Sheets > Create Spreadsheet Row" and map the fields
