Zapier, Make & n8n

Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n are automation platforms that let you connect Raqi to thousands of other apps. They work via webhooks — Raqi sends data to them, and they route it to the destination app.

How It Works

The connection works via webhooks:

• 1. Create a webhook/scenario in Zapier, Make, or n8n
• 2. Copy the webhook URL provided by the platform
• 3. In Raqi, connect the integration and paste the webhook URL
• 4. Use the Webhook step in workflows to send data to this URL

Example: Zapier → Google Sheets

Send conversation data to Google Sheets via Zapier:

• 1. In Zapier, create a new Zap with trigger "Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook"
• 2. Copy the webhook URL
• 3. In Raqi, create a workflow with trigger "New Message"
• 4. Add a Webhook step with the Zapier URL and include contact name, message text, and channel
• 5. In Zapier, add action "Google Sheets → Create Row" and map the fields
