Personal Settings
Profile, notifications, and appearance preferences.
Personal settings apply only to you and don't affect other team members. Find them under Settings > Personal.
Profile
Update your photo, first and last name, phone, job title and language. Raqi is available in English and Arabic; you can also switch language in one click from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
Notifications
Choose which updates reach you:
- Email notifications: emails for new customer messages, and "Email me about" categories (Billing, Channels, AI agents, Workflows, Product updates). Security alerts always arrive.
- Desktop notifications: browser alerts while you work in another tab. The browser asks for permission the first time.
Appearance
Switch between Light, Dark and System (follows your device) in Settings > Personal > Appearance or from the account menu.
