Personal Settings
Profile, notifications, and appearance preferences.
Personal settings are specific to your account and don't affect other team members.
Profile
Update your name, profile picture, and language preference from Settings → Personal → Profile.
Notifications
Configure how you receive notifications:
- Message Sound — Play a sound for new messages (all, assigned to me, or off)
- Desktop Notifications — Browser push notifications
- Mobile Notifications — Push notifications on the mobile app
- Email Notifications — Email alerts for assigned conversations

Appearance
Switch between Light, Dark, and System themes from Settings → Personal → Appearance.
