Organization Settings
Account info, admins, security, workspaces and billing.
Organization settings apply to every workspace in your organization. Find them under Settings > Organization.
Account Info and Admins
Account info holds the organization name, logo and details, and the billing email where invoices are sent. Admin settings is where the owner adds organization admins, who can open every workspace and manage billing.
Security
Security protects your own sign-in:
- Two-factor authentication: use an authenticator app for a 6-digit code at sign-in.
- Email sign-in codes: a second step without an app; new devices need a code from your inbox.
- Password: change your password.
- Signed-in devices: see where you are signed in, and sign out of one device or all of them.
Workspaces
Add, rename, switch to or delete workspaces. Only the organization owner can delete a workspace, and deletion cannot be undone.
Billing & Usage
See your current plan and usage, change plan, and open Manage billing for invoices and your payment method. Only the owner or an organization admin can change billing. WhatsApp fees shows your estimated WhatsApp costs, which Meta bills to your own account.
