Workspace Settings
General settings, lifecycle stages, and configuration.
Workspace settings control how your specific workspace behaves. Access them from Settings → Workspace.

General
Configure:
- Workspace Name — Display name for your workspace
- Timezone — Used for scheduling, analytics, and smart delays
- Inactivity Timeout — Auto-close conversations after X minutes of inactivity
- Weekly Recap — Enable email summaries sent to selected recipients
Lifecycle Stages
Customize the lifecycle stages that contacts move through in your funnel. You can rename, reorder, add, and remove stages from Settings → Workspace → Lifecycle.
Snippets
Manage canned responses from Settings → Workspace → Snippets. Create snippets with shortcuts (e.g., /hours → "We're open Monday-Saturday, 9 AM - 9 PM").
