Email (Gmail)
Send and receive emails as conversations in Raqi.
Connect Gmail to send and receive emails directly in your Raqi inbox. Email conversations appear alongside your messaging channels for a unified view.
Step 1: Enable Gmail API
Go to the Google Cloud Console → APIs & Services → Library. Search for "Gmail API" and click Enable. If you already have a project from Google Sheets/Docs/Calendar integration, use the same project.

Step 2: Create OAuth Credentials
In the Google Cloud Console, go to APIs & Services → Credentials → Create Credentials → OAuth 2.0 Client ID. Select "Web application" and add https://app.raqi.io/api/integrations/google/callback as an authorized redirect URI.
Warning: The redirect URI must match exactly. A trailing slash or wrong protocol will cause authentication to fail.
Step 3: Connect in Raqi
Navigate to Channels → Connect Channel → Email. Enter your Client ID and Client Secret from the Google Cloud Console. Click Connect to authenticate with your Google account.
