Email (Gmail)
Send and receive emails as conversations in Raqi.
Connect Gmail to read and answer email in your Raqi inbox. Reading email in the Inbox needs a plan that includes the email channel (from Scale). On other paid plans Gmail still connects so AI agents and workflows can send email.
Step 1: Prepare Google Cloud
In the Google Cloud Console, create or open a project and enable the Gmail API. Configure the OAuth consent screen; while the app is in testing, add your Google account as a test user.
Step 2: Create OAuth Credentials
Go to APIs & Services > Credentials > Create Credentials > OAuth client ID and choose Web application. Under Authorized redirect URIs, add the exact URI the Raqi wizard shows (use Copy redirect URI).
Warning: The redirect URI must match character for character. A trailing slash or a different protocol makes sign-in fail.
Step 3: Connect in Raqi
Open Channels, find the Gmail card and click Connect. Paste the Client ID and Client secret, then click Sign in with Google and approve.
Other Email Providers
For any other mailbox, use the Other Email card: enter the address, password (or app password), SMTP server and port. Add an IMAP server to receive mail in the Inbox, or leave it empty for send-only.
