Channels Overview

Channels are the accounts your customers reach you on. Open Channels in the sidebar: each card shows Connect for a new channel and Manage for one already connected. The toolbar button Connect channel opens a quick picker for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram; every other channel connects from its own card.

Supported Channels

Each plan includes a set of channel types. A locked card shows the plan it starts on.

Channel Status

Each card shows its state:

• Active: connected and receiving messages.
• Paused: still linked, but over your plan's channel limit or outside its channel types. It receives and sends nothing until you upgrade or choose which channels stay active.
• Disconnected: not connected. Reconnect it from the card. A red banner at the top of the app explains why, for example lost access after a password change.

Good to Know

A few rules apply to every channel:

• One account can be connected in only one workspace at a time.
• A workspace keeps one Instagram account, one Facebook Page, one WhatsApp number and one Telegram bot. Connecting a different one of the same type replaces the previous one.
• Connected channels count across your whole organization against your plan's channel limit.
• If a channel stays disconnected for more than 30 days, its conversations and messages are deleted. Contacts are always kept.
