Facebook Messenger
Connect Facebook Messenger to receive Page messages.
Connect your Facebook Page to receive and answer Messenger conversations in Raqi and to run free Messenger Auto-DMs on your Page's posts.
Connection Steps
You need a Facebook account that can manage the Page. Then:
- 1. Open Channels, find the Facebook Messenger card and click Connect.
- 2. Click Continue with Facebook and approve every permission.
- 3. Under Choose a Facebook Page, pick the Page and click Connect.
- 4. You see "Messenger connected" and Raqi starts importing recent conversations.
Page Not in the List?
Facebook only lists Pages your profile can manage and that you ticked when Facebook asked which Pages Raqi may use. Get access to the Page in Meta Business settings if needed, click Connect again and tick that Page.
Capabilities
Messenger supports text, images, videos, voice notes and documents. On paid plans, AI agents and workflows can handle Messenger conversations like any other channel.
