Telegram
Connect a Telegram bot to your workspace.
Telegram is the easiest channel to set up — it only requires a bot token from BotFather.
Step 1: Create a Bot
Open Telegram and search for @BotFather. Send /newbot and follow the prompts to create your bot. BotFather will give you a bot token — copy it.

Step 2: Connect to Raqi
Navigate to Channels → Connect Channel → Telegram. Paste your bot token and click Connect. Your Telegram bot will start receiving messages immediately.
Step 3: Customize Your Bot
Back in BotFather, use these commands to personalize your bot:
/setname— Change the bot's display name/setdescription— Set the bot's description (visible when users open the bot)/setuserpic— Upload a profile picture for your bot
